At Zilozilo, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The item is defective or not functioning

  • The wrong item was received

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Photos or videos showing the issue must be provided

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper handling

Refunds

Once your return request is approved and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Replacements

If your product is defective or damaged, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on availability.
